These are protected by copyright law.
They may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, manipulated or used in any way, without the express written permission of Kirsten Wheeler.
By entering this site, you are bound by the terms of this agreement. 
When purchasing downloads please credit Kirsten Wheeler Photography when possible and add a link to www.KirstenWheeler.com  to your site

Commissions

A photo commission must be paid at the time of the shoot. This applies to any discounted shoot price as well as full price shoots.
Once the booking has taken place the client must sign the booking form to give their consent and sign that they are in agreement with these terms and conditions.
If the client wishes to change or cancel the booking time, then Kirsten Wheeler Photography must be notified at least 24 hours ahead. If less than 24 hours notice is given then Kirsten Wheeler Photography reserves the right to charge up to 50% of a full shoot price. Photographs from the shoot will be presented to the client on disk unless alternative formats are needed and discussed with the photographer. The client is free to duplicate the photos on the disk in whatever format they wish for their own use apart  from resale. Kirsten Wheeler Photography will still own the copyright of these photographs.

This is easy to do on site through the lightbox facility, however if you would prefer to phone through or post the order then:

 Payment for products

The easiest way to pay for a product on the site is to use the buy now facility through our secure server on the site. Simply click on the photograph, add to light box then proceed to checkout. If you prefer, then payment can also be made by phone through a secure credit card system or by bankers draft, with cash or cheque, Paypal, £Sterling travellers cheques, eurocheques or postal orders. 
For telephone payments, phone 01963 362845. (We accept most credit and debit cards.) Cheques should be made payable to 'Kirsten Wheeler' and sent to: 'Kirsten Wheeler Photography, The Old Corn Store, Station Road, Stalbridge, Dorset. DT10 2RG’ with the order.
Processing of product orders will not commence until payment has cleared. 
If an invoice has been given then the payment must be made within 7 days of the date on the invoice otherwise Kirsten Wheeler Photography reserves the right to levy a £10 late payment charge for every month thereafter the payment is not met.

Postage

Postage is free on all products delivered within the UK.
All products ordered will be sent by post or courier. 
Kirsten Wheeler Photography will not be held responsible for postal delays, however we will replace any items which have been proven lost or damaged in transit. Items which have been damaged in the post must be returned to Kirsten Wheeler Photography within 7 days of receipt.

Delivery
As the images are printed to order and the photographs from a commission are processed individually, please allow 28 days for delivery from clearance of payment. If a quick turn around is needed then please ask.
